I work with a structured, stage-based process to ensure clarity, efficiency, and predictable results for both sides.

Each project follows a defined workflow, and moving to the next stage requires approval and payment for the previous one.

Payment structure

Projects are paid in stages to ensure transparency and commitment from both sides.

Payment schedule:

• 40% - before concept and website structure development
• 40% - before design and build stage
• 20% - before website launch and final handover

Work on the next stage begins only after payment for the previous stage has been received.

All payments are non-refundable once a stage has started.

Revisions policy

Each package includes a fixed number of revision rounds, clearly outlined before the project starts.

What counts as a revision

A revision refers to adjustments within the approved design direction, including:

• text edits
• colour adjustments
• spacing and layout refinements
• image replacements
• minor visual tweaks

What does NOT count as a revision

The following are not considered revisions:

• change of concept or design direction
• rebuilding approved sections or layouts
• reversing previously approved decisions
• requests that require redesigning the website structure

Such changes are treated as additional work and quoted separately.

Revision rounds

• Revisions are counted by rounds, not by individual messages.
• Multiple small requests submitted together are counted as one revision round.
• Requests sent separately at different times may be counted as separate rounds.

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed separately.

Scope changes

Any requests that fall outside the agreed project scope will be discussed and quoted before proceeding.

I do not continue work on out-of-scope requests without written approval and confirmation of additional fees.

Timeline & feedback

Project timelines are estimated based on prompt communication and timely feedback from the client.

Any delays in providing feedback, approvals, or required materials will result in a corresponding extension of the project timeline.

Fast delivery timelines apply only when feedback is provided within agreed review periods.

If feedback is not received within 5 business days, the project may be placed on hold and rescheduled based on availability.

Final delivery

The website is considered complete once:

• all agreed stages are delivered
• final payment is received
• access and handover materials are provided

Ongoing support, updates, or changes after launch are not included unless agreed separately.

Communication

Communication is conducted via agreed channels only (email / project chat).

Clear, consolidated feedback is expected to ensure an efficient workflow.

Acceptance

By starting a project, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Working Policy.
